Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

We dispatch via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

You're responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. We can't redirect a parcel once it's with Australia Post, and re-delivery of a parcel returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a further postage charge.
